Cabaret-Rouge

Cabaret-Rouge British Cemetery was established near the site of a small café called Cabaret Rouge used by soldiers in the early days of the First World war. It contains 7,655 Commonwealth burials from WWI and WWII. Most of the 3500 Canadian soldiers, who died between 9 and 12 April 1917 during the Battle of Vimy Ridge are buried here .
